Overview

I built customized pre-launch pages to build excitement around new markets and products, all of which required a decent amount of foreknowledge and research around target audience and market fit. During the early stages of Common’s growth, I led the formalization of our marketing operations that relied on a set of repeatable processes, some of which involved heavy cross-functional cooperation and communication.

Why it matters

I successfully launched Common’s four newest markets, Seattle, Los Angeles, Philadelphia and Fort Lauderdale, as well as 30+ new buildings across the nation, creating, formalizing, and streamlining marketing operations for scale and fostering inter-departmental communication in doing so.
